Big Boi has confirmed hip-hop's worst nightmare — OutKast isn't dropping their long awaited return album in 2014.

“No, no, no. We’re just doing the tour only, just for the fans," the less elusive half of the duo revealed during an interview with REVOLT. “That’s all it is, just the tour.”

Big Boi instead spoke of his upcoming solo projects in 2014, including a new mixtape inspired by the hit series "Game Of Thrones" and his third solo album later this year. When asked about what to expect collaboration-wise, the legendary rapper hinted feature appearances from Common, Wale, “a couple surprise guests,” but not Andre 3000. Three Stacks hasn't appeared on a track with his rhyming partner since UGK's 2007 release "International Players Anthem," and most likely won't be hitting the studio anytime soon since his father recently just passed away.

In celebration of the 20th anniversary of Southernplayalisticadillacmuzik, the ATLiens are embarking on a festival tour that will hit over 40 locations throughout the Spring and Summer, starting with Coachella on 4/11. Most recently, OutKast has been named headliners for Drake's OVO Festival Weekend.
