Justin Bieber has made a lot of hip-hop headlines in recent history. For example, last week, we reported the young singer hit the club and studio in Atlanta alongside a-list rappers. In addition to wanting to live closer to his newly found rapper friends, rumors are suggesting Bieber knows Georgia doesn't have as much paparazzi presence as California.
