Chris Brown is being sued by the same alleged victim from his Washington DC assault case. The photobomber's latest claims are Brown told him, "I ain't down with that gay shit," before beating him and breaking his nose along with his bodyguard.

The alleged victim is now suing Breezy for an additional $3M. The crooner is also facing a newly filed lawsuit stemming from a pick-up basketball game gone wrong.
