Chris Brown Is Not Going To Jail

Chris Brown was spared a prison term over the reported altercation with a man in Washington D.C. last October. After a judge let him go on the condition he stays in rehab, Chris Brown was freed despite the fact he is facing an assault charge over the incident.

Still on probation over the 2009 beating he gave Rihanna, Brown received the good news when he attended court, alongside current sweetheart Karrueche Tran, for a progress hearing in Downtown Los Angeles on Monday (Feb. 3).
