Gucci Mane Faces Federal Gun Charges
Gucci Mane was charged in federal court today with two counts of possessing a firearm as a felon after two September incidents during which he showed a gun and threatened police, according to CNN. Prosecutors says he faces up to 20 years on federal gun charges. Gucci was arrested September 14, when Big Guwop was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct, marijuana possession and carrying a handgun.
Each charge carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000.
