Yesterday's news of the death of Grand Hustle rapper Doe B left more questions than answers, but information about the slaying is slowly coming to light. As previously reported, B, born, Glenn Thomas, and Kim Johnson, 21, were shot and killed in Montgomery, AL at Centennial Hill Bar and Grill on Highland Avenue while the rapper was there to perform. According to Montgomery's WSFA 12 News, the shooting happened around 1:30 a.m. and six other people were wounded during the gunfire and taken to nearby hospitals with unspecified injuries. Ms. Johnson, was a student of Troy University who was reportedly at the club to celebrate her birthday.

As a result of shooting, Mayor Todd Strange has closed the bar where the killings took place calling it a "imminent threat to the public's safety," also citing other violent incidents that have occurred at the venue in 2007, 2008, 2010 and 2012.

No arrests have been made in the shooting.
