You might have already heard Jay-Z’s Magna Carta Holy Grail. Less than a day after its release, the album has officially leaked on the Internet.

Magna Carta was exclusive to Samsung users for three days until its release date. Not long after the midnight debut on Samsung phones, pirated streams rapidly appeared on hip-hop blogs and websites. The app itself was hacked, with several unofficial clone versions popping up for users to download.

While download links and torrents have been removed, those outside of the pre-sold million holders managed to get a full copy. Even with a quick removal of illegal downloads, the album still has a major presence on file-sharing sites. As of now, it is unclear whether or not the leak will affect sales when it becomes available for purchase.

Hov’s twelfth studio album will be available to non-Samsung users for purchase on July 8.
