Drake & The Weeknd Back In The Studio

For many people it was Drake's cosign of the obscure Canadian crooner known as The Weeknd that helped catapult the eclectic singer's name among hip-hop heads. After featuring on each others last projects, it seemed almost inevitable that the two would link up on their new LPs, even though there were rumors that the two weren't seeing eye to eye. It looks like all is well and there might be another OVO and XO connection in the making. Champagne Papi recently posted a picture to his Instagram account posing with the singer along with the caption, "Scary Things." The picture was reportedly taken in the studio. Both have albums that should be dropping in the second half of 2013. Drake's third studio album, Nothing Was The Same is slated to hit shelves on September 17. As previously reported, The Weeknd recently unveiled the cover for his upcoming LP, Kiss Land, which drops September 10. The Canadian transplants are also both up for MTV Video Music awards.
