Lil Scrappy Released From Jail After Suspect Drug Test

Lil Scrappy was released from jail today after his lawyer requested to have the warrant for his arrest removed.

It was reported earlier that Scrappy turned himself in when a warrant was issued for his arrest. The arrest stemmed from an alleged probation violation that came from a 2008 marijuana bust.

In March, Scrappy submitted to a urine test, but authorities say his sample was too cold. They believed he tampered with it. When asked if he could do the test over, he reportedly refused.

He spoke to TMZ and said the warrant was bogus, claiming he never submitted bad urine in the first place. A hearing is set for May 16 to clear up any issues.
