Kanye West is Selling His Bachelor Pad

Kanye West has put his bachelor pad for sale.

TMZ reports that his home located in the Hollywood Hills is up for grabs. ‘Ye is listing the three bedroom, four bath crib for $3.3 million. The house is 4,214 sq. ft.

The average price for a home in the area is $2.54 million. Back in 2010, Kanye tried to sell his house for $4 million.

Last month, Kanye and Kim Kardashian bought a home together in Beverly Hills for $9 million. It is 14,000 sq. ft.
