Young Money is looking to have a busy schedule on their hands this year.
.
During an interview with Rap-Up, Mack Maine spoke about the label’s upcoming releases, notably Lil Wayne’s I Am Not a Human Being II and Drake’s Nothing Was the Same. For Wayne’s release, he described it as “Wayne being Wayne” and confirms he is in a different mindset than before.

“When he does the I Am Not a Human Being, he actually taps into a different part of his brain where he just talks out of his mind and out of this world. So just expect him being Wayne, but more edgy, saying what he wants, a lot of fun, you know, a lot of high energy.”

The YMCMB president also touched on another compilation from the label should be releasing soon. Before that, we can expect Drizzy’s project to drop sometime in the summer. Mack says he has heard a few tracks and says he is like 10 songs in.

“Knowing him, that’s only like 4 songs, he probably won’t keep 6 of them. He’s a perfectionist though.” He said.
