Lil Flip Says He Is Not Guilty After Assault Rifle Arrest

Lil Flip was pulled over for speeding in Louisiana on Christmas last year when police authorities allegedly found marijuana and an assault rifle in the car.

Flip was charged with possession of a firearm, narcotic and speeding. Yesterday, Flip pled not guilty to all three accounts.

Flip tells TMZ that he plans on fighting the charges, claiming that he has to right to have a rifle He also says he was in possession of Black & Mild cigars, not blunts filled with marijuana.

A pre-trial date has been set for April.
