Freddie Gibbs may be a free agent since leaving Young Jeezy's Corporate Thugz, but he is still on his grind producing new music.

During his interview with Duck Down Visuals, he spoke about the inspiration behind getting in the lab with Madlib. He credits the work of Phil The Agony, Mitchy Slick and Strong Arm Steady, which motivated him to reach out and work with the producer on Cocaine Pinata.

The interview continues to address one of his good friends getting murdered by the police. Police brutality is still a big issue and Gangsta Gibbs states his opinion on the matter. Lastly, he goes into detail about serving time in the army. Watch it here.
