I don’t know if this woman is guilty or not, but in a court of law, evidence(Valid ones) must be shown to prove that one is guilty of a certain crime. Verdicts are not passed based on emotional feelings or what you think. This is a First degree murder case, If this woman is Guilty, the prospect of her getting a death sentence and a life sentence is 70%(death sentence) 30%(life). You can’t convict someone without evidence. Innocent people were convicted & executed wrongly in the past(Am not saying Casey is innocent, i don’t know). No evidence was presented to prove that this woman actually murdered the Poor Girl(RIP), according to the law, She is NOT GUILTY, the verdict is in.

      You sound so stupid.
Just like the dumb ass jury in this case.
There was a ton of evidence and the jury didn’t have to give her the death penalty if they reached a guilty verdict.
The poor liitle girl had duct tape placed over her mouth, was stuffed in a bag and left in a swamp. Her mother told nobody her daughter was even missing and went out and partied like a cheap slut.
Emotion aside, there was more than enough evidence to convict and to let her walk was irresponsible.

The duct tape had no Hair DNA or Fingerprint.

Although I did not like the result from the trial, I would have liked (guilty)…I realize that there was not enough evidence for the jury to make a guilty verdict. Now that it is over, the only thing the public can do is to NOT give Casey further attention in any way. This means not buying a book, seeing a movie, or supporting Casey in any way. Let’s not make her a celebrity from all of this. I think it is sad that she would be making money from her daughter’s death. Let’s support Caylee, NOT Casey. She lied to cover up something. Let’s use our power as media consumers to veto Casey!

The lighting on the tree where the remains were found says it all,i believe it was manslaughter( accident) with chloroform,
she put duct tape to make it seem like an abduction .She may not have been convicted but life will pay her back in a bad way.

Mr. Baez knows what Casey did and went after George that was his only defense without George, Casey would have been found guilty. When Baez was interviewed by Geraldo, Baez said that he thought that Casey was going to be found guilty of the lesser of the 3 major charges, which was it would have been maslaughter right, there you go proof that Baez knew.
