The adage goes: good things come to those who wait. So, in true Kanye West fashion — and much like his verse on the Lloyd Banks track "Start it Up" — the Louis Vuitton Don was "at least about an hour late" last night (June 10) for his Heineken Red Star Access event.

Held at the Skylight One Hanson in Brooklyn, New York, the concert, which included Yeezy and his G.O.O.D. Music family — Big Sean, CyHi Da Prynce, Mr. Hudson, Kid Cudi and Pusha T — was a little over two hours of non-stop music. 'Ye performed old and new smashes like "Jesus Walks," "Through the Wire" and "Flashing Lights," while the rest of the G.O.O.D. Music crew had two to three-song solo sets during which they performed crowd favorites like "Make Her Say" (Kid Cudi), "My Last" (Big Sean), "My God" (Pusha T) and "Forever Young" (Mr. Hudson).

And, while many people hoped a rumored surprise appearance by Jay-Z would actually take place, they weren't left disappointed. The evening seemingly came to a close with a performance of West's "All of the Lights," for which the entire G.O.O.D. family hit the stage, with Cudi holding down the chorus in place of Rihanna as the rest of the guys paraded around the smoked-filled stage. 'Ye then returned to the stage, sporting his staple red jacket and with his MPC 2000 sampler to perform "Runaway" for an encore.

In addition to G.O.O.D. Music, industry heavy-hitters like Russell Simmons, Tika Sumpter, Estelle, Tyson Beckford, Sway Calloway, Vashtie and Rocsi, among others, were just a few of the celebrities seen in attendance in support of the showcase. —Amber McKynzie
