Yo Gotti is in the clear. The Memphis rapper had Aggravated Riot charges dropped against him yesterday (January 19) related to a fight that occurred outside a nightclub in his hometown last November.

Gotti, was relieved as he felt justice was served. "Case dismissed, it's over," Gotti told myfoxmemphis.com. "It's false allegations."

The Memphis spitter felt that him being an entertainer was the reason he was charged. "For them to put it out there and run with it, of course it's a little damaging but like I said, I knew it was all going to come to this," he said. "I'm a entertainer, I'm in entertainment. I understand it, I know it's like it's a protocol of going through it.” —Nicole LoPresti
