Snoop Dogg, Canibus and R. Kelly Pave Their Way to Fame (XXL Issue No. 5 1998)

The fifth issue of XXL Magazine was certainly memorable—one of our biggest covers, in fact. While we were creating our legacy, so were the three artists who graced the multiple covers for this special isse. Snoop Dogg had just escaped Death Row Records and moved on to work with the men of No Limit Records, Canibus was making attempts to further his career after "Second Round K.O." and R. Kelly was battling to find balance as he paved a lane for himself to become an R&B legend.
