Mac Miller has come a long way from the frat boy rap who used to deliver. Five years ago, it would be hard to imagine the Pittsburgh rapper doing things like dropping a Billy Joel cover. But that's exactly what Mac Miller has done as he's released a cover of Billy Joel's 1977 single "Vienna" under the Larry Fisherman persona.

While the Larry Fisherman moniker has predominantly served as the name credited to Mac Miller's work as a producer, it's now being used for the release of this "Vienna" rendition. The altered vocals and piano-driven production give this song a melancholic vibe that makes it one of the more unique records that Mac Miller has ever crafted.

Mac Miller is still riding the success of his latest album GO:OD AM. The project earned a spot on XXL's top 20 albums of 2015, which you can read here.
