Today, (October 14) A San Francisco mobile company by the name of Phonio made an announcement for their public launch with Young Money. Phonio will be taking social media to the next level with their newest innovation.

According to a press release, Phonio "developed a mobile-based proprietary platform that enables people (e.g. musicians, celebrities, politicians, athletes, artists, thought-leaders, consumer brands and more) to pick up the phone and call all of their followers, all around the world, at a moment’s notice. By facilitating large-scale communication with voice, through actual mobile phone calls, Phonio delivers an experience that is more intimate and exclusive than current forms of social media."

So essentially celebrities will have the access to call any of their followers at any given time.

“Phonio delivers a unique, powerful experience. Imagine walking down the street and receiving a phone call from your favorite musician – this is what Phonio delivers.  We’re very excited to be partnering with Young Money, one of the most tech savvy labels in the music business, for our launch,” says Phonio CEO Matt Caspari in the press release.

Young Money's very own Cortez Bryant chimed in on the win-win partnership.

“We are excited to do a deal with Phonio so that Young Money and our artists can directly connect with fans in a unique and personal way that fans will appreciate,” said Cortez.

By calling 857-216-6736, fans will be able to follow Young Money. After that, Young Money artists will call you and tell you about a new song, tour stories, and more.
