Vans Drops Men’s Varsity-Inspired Classics

Vans continues the expansion of its fall Classics season, drawing influence from traditional athletic styling to present a collection of varsity-inspired footwear for men. The six-piece collection takes design cues from vintage letterman jackets to incorporate a mix of leather and wool materials dressed in a warm color scheme atop the Sk8-Hi Reissue and Era 59.

With vintage sportswear a style favorite of the season, Vans deconstructs the varsity jacket to introduce gray, charcoal and navy iterations of the Era 59 and Vans’ original high-top, the Sk8-Hi Reissue. Wool uppers are accented by tonal metal eyelets and white laces, while pops of color are highlighted on the Sidestripe of the SK8-Hi Reissue and tongue and heel counter of the Era 59. The Vans Varsity-Inspired Classic collection is enhanced with innovative performance features that provide upgraded cushioning and durability via Vans’ Pro Skate performance technology, featuring supportive ULTRACUSH HD sockliners for resilient cushioning and advanced comfort.
