Bape Celebrates 23-Year Anniversary With Gold-Themed Collection

This year marks the 23-anniversary of legendary streetwear brand Bape. The popular Japanese company has held it down for years in the world of streetwear as they approach 23 years in the making, A Bathing Ape is gearing up to release a gold-themed collection to celebrate the special anniversary.

Bape's 23rd anniversary collection focuses on a gold theme. Compromised of several garments, the collection is features an array of graphic tees, shark hoodies, striped s/s tees, shorts and sweatpants. Every piece from Bape's collection will include a gold colorway to represent the brand's accomplishments. Also decked out by A Bathing Ape's signature ape logo and the number 23, which is used to represent Bape's lifespan, the brand keeps the collection subtle, but eye-catching. Along with the release of the garments, the Japanese streetwear brand has teamed up with Medicom Toy for the launch of an all-gold BE@RBRICK. One of the other highlights from the collection, will be Bape's all-gold piggy bank that will tie in with the theme of the brand's anniversary.
