Converse presents the new Chuck Taylor All Star ‘70 “Wetsuit” collection, created to help combat the temperamental seasonal weather in style. 

Released in two colorways on the classic high-top model, the sneakers draw inspiration from protective, functional wetsuits that were developed in the 1970s, and designed to keep surfers and divers warm and comfortable in cold water. Offered in black and aquatic blue with a contemporary neoprene upper, that reveals a subtle “seal skin” graphic print texture on closer inspection.

The Converse Chuck Taylor All Star ‘70 “Wetsuit” collection will be available for purchase starting Friday, Oct. 30, at Converse flagship stores in the US, on Converse.com, and select premium retailers worldwide. They will retail for a suggested price of $120.
