Kirko Bangz either has a great sense of humor, or his new mixtape isn't finished.

The Houston rapper has delayed the release of his Procrastination Kills 4 mixtape, which was supposed to come out today, until September 4, according to HotNewHipHop.

Here's to hoping that the push back has more to do with a specific hiccup like final mixing or waiting an additional feature than, say, procrastination.
