With trouble brewing in Juelz Santana's camp, the Dipset star now turns his promo vehicle in the direction of his new film, Video Girl. XXLMag.com recently caught up with the Harlem spitta to find out about his role in the flick.

Santana told XXL that he filmed his parts in the Ty Hodges directed movie a little over a year ago. "It was cool, " he said. "I didn’t have a super big role, but I definitely had some words."

As expected the movie finds him in the company of several video models, among them  Lisa Raye, Melyssa Ford, Esther Baxter, Angel Lola Luv and co-producer Meagan Good.

Juelz raved about Ms. Good's performance. "That’s Megan’s field, so it was interesting watching her do what she does, trying to pick up on a couple of things and at the same time just me bringing my own swag to the table," he said.

Meagan Good is no stranger to working with rappers on screen. She's appeared in a bevy of hip-hop videos, including Memphis Bleek's "Do My" and 50 Cent's "21 Questions."

Santana is also not the only hip-hopper in Video Girl. B.G., Lil Boosie, and Bun B also appear in the flick. Video Girl is currently in post-production. Specifics on the release date are unavailable at press time. —Henry Adaso
