Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you do when you're not modeling?

I have so many interests and passions in life. When I'm not modeling , I'm usually playing guitar or writing beats on Abelton or my SP-404, producing music, or practicing singing or playing an instrument; I might pick up a different instrument that I never touched before and try it. I spend a lot of time playing shows or making music independently and for other artists. I also like to dance and work on my fitness. I'm big on trying new things; I like to cook different meals or switch up recipes and make them my own. Everyday is something new for me, one day I might garden or plant something, I might be reading something thought provoking, working on a screenplay, or just looking at simple ways to make a difference in my community, like donating.

How did you get into the modeling industry?

It was an accident. I was in school for Studio Recording Technology and one of the photographers for the college magazine saw me and we did a photoshoot, and things progressed from there. I started getting a lot of work, which ultimately lead up to trade shows and print. I realized how much I enjoyed it, and I count my natural blessings everyday. There are a lot of behind the scenes work that goes into modeling as a profession.

What would you say is the biggest misconception about you?

There are a few misconceptions about me. People tend to assume I'm uneducated , unattainable, or that I've "had work done." They see the way I look and the work I produce in picture and film, and think I'm unapproachable and don't have a mind, which are entirely not true; in addition to the assumption that one or more things about my face or body have been altered. I'm all natural and have been blessed with a humble and intelligent mind.

What would you say was your greatest accomplishment in modeling? What would you say was your greatest accomplishment outside of modeling?

My greatest accomplishment thus far in the modeling industry is either walking NYFW (New York Fashion Week) for Ola Style or has been Long Island Fights for charity. I was able to donate my time as a model for such an amazing cause. My greatest accomplishment outside of modeling so far has been working on my interpersonal relationships with family and friends- finding new ways to love myself and one another unconditionally, maintaining a strong friendship and sibling love for my brother.

Who is your favorite Hip-Hop artist out now? Why?

I absolutely adore Pharrell Williams! He is such a talented producer and songwriter. He stays in the betterment of himself and inspires so many artists and people out there. He makes feel good music, which is so important in the world.

Who is your celebrity crush, and why?

My celebrity crushes have all been legends and are not with us. But if I had to pick one guy who's out there now, it'd be Seth Rogen. He is real and true to himself. I love to laugh, and he's hysterical.

What are your biggest turn-ons?

Intelligence, big heartedness, responsibility, kindness, honesty, loyalty, respect—especially for your family, integrity. When I see someone who is true to themselves and those around them, I can't help but want to be in their presence. Honesty and integrity are two things that really excite me about someone. Of course, really strong wrestler thighs and nice shoulders to sleep on help too, maybe some deep eyes to look into.

What are your biggest turn-offs?

I will not put up with conceitedness, rudeness, lack of manners and respect, dishonesty, someone who doesn't know themselves and what they want. That's a huge pet peeve of mine; time wasters. It rubs me the wrong way. Someone who doesn't know themselves so much so that they have to over compensate with other material things or rude behavior. I'm also not a fan of facial hair.

What qualities do you look for in a man?

I like a man who is driven, who has goals. Someone who can support me mentally and emotionally. I like a man who is family oriented, and has values and morals; someone who is about their business but about mine too. Responsibility and consistency. You have to have a job , whatever your job is, you have to have one. Occupy your mind with positive and constructive thoughts so I can be the icing on your cake. A man who's considerate of others, and will tell the truth no matter what. There's nothing sexier than a man who knows who is and can share the gift of love, starting with himself. It's so attractive when a man can hold your hand as a woman, out in the world and go "this is mine," and know it doesn't compromise his manliness. A real man can be sweet and romantic in public, because he knows he's got his man card in his back pocket if he needs to take it out. Integrity is everything.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

In five years I see myself as an established brand- being recognized for my modeling and musical talents. I want to be at the level of Russell Simmons , Oprah, and Diddy; where I have my modeling, music, and brand doing well enough that I have the ability to give back. Start an organization to help the youth stay out of trouble and help young women grow up safe and sound. The CEO of my own company. I have so many goals big and small; I'd like to work in print for Victoria's Secret, Frederick's of Hollywood, on billboards and commercials, roles in film, work with all my favorite music artists, grace the stage with the greats. I'd love to take care of my family in 5 years as well, to be at the level that I can give my friends cars and my brother a few project cars to work on or pocket change if they need it.

What is a Fun Fact about yourself?

I have a sense of humor about myself and the world. I can get sassy and humorous and crack jokes and laugh for hours. I'm someone who likes to make others smile and find the humor in most situations.

Any advice you would give women?

It doesn't matter who you've been in the past and what hand life gave you, you always have a future. Don't listen to the people who want to bring you down. You are beautiful the way you are. Don't ever compare yourself to anyone else. Love yourself, because there is only one you, you are unique and special. Embrace your "flaws" and accept yourself, never disrespect yourself. Impress with your mind and heart. You don't ever need to be a shadow of a man, it's ok to want children and be maternal, a little bit emotional, and soft - be a women, be yourself, so a man can be a man and show himself to you. You deserve the absolute best, no matter what- someone will love you for you. Take care of yourself. It's ok to be a boss lady too, and give to a man if you have it, as long as it's give and take, and equal. Ladies, don't drive your man crazy. We have girl code and if you're feeling on edge, reach out to a female you trust and speak your mind before presenting it to your man, us women need to stick together. Rub his shoulders, cook him a meal, and look at all the good you do for each other. Appreciate yourself and those who appreciate you.
