Eminem To Hit The Stage At The MTV Movie Awards

Eminem mania is about to dawn. With his new album Relapse hitting stores next month, Slim Shady is set to make an appearance at this year’s MTV Movie Awards.

Scheduled to air on May 31 at 9 p.m., the performance will come about two weeks after the release of his long-awaited, highly-anticipated new disc.

The Detroit MC premiered the video for his first single, “We Made You” on the network last week, where in typical Eminem fashion he took pot shots at pop culture celebs like Kim Kardashian, Jessica Simpson and Lindsay Lohan.

The reclusive rapper also showed up to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame event recently to induct Hip-Hop legends Run-D.M.C.

The MTV Movie Awards will be hosted by Saturday Night Live funny man Andy Samberg. As of press time it is uncertain who else will be hitting the stage. Fans can vote for the nominees online later today (April 13). – Elan Mancini
