Spitta never sleeps. The New Orleans MC is arguably the hardest worker in the game and is already about to release his seventh project of the year - one for every month. Today (July 19), Curren$y unleashes a new track and video for "Pirates," a single from his upcoming mixtape Weed & Instrumentals 2.

Throughout the #TooDopeBoyz-directed clip, Curren$y smokes joints and flexes on a hotel patio, rapping about his affinity for luxury cars, Rollies and basketball shorts. He spits, "Ballin' with the hunger of a starvin' artist/It's hard to sleep on that sound of the money callin'/I'm rollin' the dice/Controllin' the price/Manufacture and distribute it all in one night/Shots called by the one that you gotta see/Piano man, gold fingers, musical keys/They all come to me/Music by the ki."

You might recognize the instrumental, which was initially used on Rick Ross' 2013 track of the same name, which served as the opening song for Rozay's album God Forgives, I Don't. "Pirates" will land on Weed & Instrumentals 2, the follow-up to Spitta's project which dropped back in March.

In case you missed his most recent project, Stoned on Ocean EP, you can check that out here. More recently, Curren$y addressed police relations in America on his new record, "Good Cop Bad Cop." Over a jazzy beat, he raps, "I’ve seen folks fight police and get away with more/What was the use of that deadly force based on/Was it because he weighed more?/Was it the pressure from your job, you wish you were gettin’ paid more?/I wish life was like a dry erase board/We could erase and draw pictures of happier days before."
