Loud.com recently announced a new production battle component to their $100K online rap battle contest.

Cool & Dre, DJ Khaled, and Sha Money XL, among others will serve as judges for the "Producer's Challenge."

The 20-week competition features a $15K pot for the winner and the chance to sign a production deal with SRC/Universal Motown. Last year's rap battle winner, Crow, is preparing a mixtape with DJ Warrior and working on a solo LP.

Contestants can upload their beats online at LOUD.com and rap battle participants will be able to access the productions.

"We are working to present all creative instruments for our community on LOUD.com to make them future multi-faceted stars within the music industry," LOUD.com CEO Steve Rifkin said in a statement. "By providing an improved platform to our users, we hope to make the talent pool even better this time around, and find the next hot aspiring MC and producer we can absorb into the SRC Records / LOUD.com family."---Nino "Dubs" DeLuca
