On this day, May 13, in hip-hop history... 1997:  On May 13, 1992, Juvenile dropped his sophomore album, Solja Rags. The 14-track project was the New Orleans native's first body of work under Cash Money Records and features fellow Hot Boy members B.G., Mannie Fresh, Turk and more. With one successful album under his belt, Juvie linked up with a 15-year-old Lil Wayne, the youngest member of the crew at the time, for "Hide Out or Ride Out."
