Following in G-Unit’s footsteps, Cash Money has jumped into the book world and are currently preparing to re-release the Iceberg Slim’s classic memoir, Pimp: The Story of My Life.

Set to drop next Tuesday, May 10, the autobiography will come out on Cash Money Content/Atria Books.

The tome has already sold 2.5 million copies since hitting shelves in 1965. It is considered to be the first ever look inside the underground world of black pimps.

Furthermore Birdman and his brother Slim have acquired the rights to Iceberg Slim’s entire catalogue of books. The brothers will re release all seven novels that Slim has written.

Looking down the road they will also re release Slim’s Trick Baby which is due in stores in September of this year. —Michael Naclerio
