Adidas and Damian Lillard Take on Summer with PDX Carpet 2016

NBA superstar Damian Lillard may be enjoying his off-season right now, but the standout point guard of the Portland Trailblazers is back at again with adidas for another sneaker release with Dame's PDX Carpet edition signature shoe.

The latest adidas D Lillard 2 features white and grey Primeknit threads, red accents and an all-white bootie construction paired with matching Oak Print lace locks, heel counter and midsole. The silhouette is designed with light teal hits on the laces, mesh panels and a heel tab that pays homage to Portland International Airport's iconic carpet print displayed on the iced outsole.

Dame will lace up the PDX Carpet edition as he travels to Asia during the adidas Take on Summer tour. He’ll join fans at basketball demonstrations and games, in-store appearances and more for the release of the shoe. The adidas PDX Carpet 2016 is set to retail for a suggested price of $120 and will land in select adidas' retailers on Saturday, July 1, as well as online at adidas.com.
