Bow bow bow bow! Waka Flocka Flame has elbowed his way onto the charts with his debut LP, Flockaveli.

As expected, fans of the Brick Squad rep purchased 37,000 copies of his album—according to the Nielsen SoundScan report released today (October 13)—earning him a spot at No. 6 on The Billboard 200 sales chart.

Flocka wasn’t the only Southern rapper to enter the charts this week. The late Pimp C’s new posthumous disc, The Naked Soul of Sweet Jones, came in at No. 25 with 17,800 in sales.

Eminem continued his dominance at the top of the charts, nabbing the No. 4 seat, one spot up from last week’s position. Recovery picked up an additional 52,500 units this go-round, bringin’ Em’s 16-week tally to 2,768,100.

Down 14 slots from last week is Lil Wayne’s digital release I Am Not A Human Being. Weezy landed at the No. 16 spot after selling 23,100 copies of his latest disc. After two weeks, the album had a total sales figure of 133,400.

Gucci Mane also took a big dive this week, sliding from No. 4 to No. 18. About 20,100 copies of the ATLien’s new disc, The Appeal: Georgia’s Most Wanted, came off the shelves in its second week, bringing Gooch’s overall stats to 80,300.

Rounding out the Top 40 is Drake and Lil Boosie. Thank Me Later climbed to No. 38 this sales cycle with 12,400 units sold, while Incarcerated fell from No. 13 to No. 38 with 11,000 sold. Overall Drizzy has moved about 1,112,100 discs and Boosie around 41,500.

Next week look for Lil Wayne to shoot back up the charts as the physical copies of his new CD made their way into stores yesterday. —Elan Mancini
