DMX is wanted. A Maricopa County Judge in Arizona just issued a bench warrant for the troubled rapper's arrest after he missed another court date. X is currently facing drug, identity theft and aminal cruelty charges in AZ.

Per the judge's ruling, X will have to post a $120,000 bond once he's apprehended. "If he gets picked up outside of the state of Arizona they may hold him with no bond until Arizona picks him up depending on what state he may get picked up on," Bradford Cohen, X's attorney, told XXLMag.com. "They have between 15 and 30 days to pick him up from whatever state he’s in.”

Sources close to X say the rapper is currently in rehab at an undisclosed location, which could have caused him to miss the court appearance. “I haven’t confirmed it but he’s allegedly in rehab, allegedly he’s been in there since December 1, so take that for what it’s worth," Cohen shared. "I haven’t spoken to anyone from the rehab [facility]."

X's substance abuse problems have long been documented. He's been arrested for marijuana and cocaine possession several times and was once nabbed while driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol. -Bruce Moses with additional reporting by Clover Hope
