Drake flashing the middle finger ignited the all-out brawl with his entourage and those of Chris Brown’s and Meek Mill’s last night (June 13) at New York City’s WIP nightclub. That’s what multiple sources told TMZ.

Although TMZ reported that Meek hit Brown with a bottle and a rep for Drizzy told the celebrity news website that “Drake did not participate in any wrongdoing of any kind last night at WIP,” the latest account has multiple witnesses saying they seen Drake flash the middle finger and dish out some serious thrash talk moments before the brawl with Brown’s camp began.

"I'm about to go whoop that ass!" witnesses say Drake shouted toward one of Breezy’s bodyguards. "You be on that ho shit on Twitter nigga."

That’s when Drake allegedly grouped up with his own entourage and those of Meek Mill’s and Juelz Santana’s. (Santana’s publicist hung up on XXLMag.com. Meek's camp wouldn't return emails). Meek then reportedly hit Breezy with a bottle.

A video that surfaced on Thursday shows the entire melee, including two men visibly trading punches; the rest of the footage being hard to make out.

Despite all the claims, by Thursday afternoon (June 14) both Meek and Breezy seemed to be cool with one another.

“Me and @MeekMill ain’t on that bullshit,” Chris Brown tweeted just after 4 p.m. EST. “Real respect Real….”

That triggered Meek to retweet Brown’s statement and declare:

“Naw we just getting money!”

Despite the tweets, Breezy did leave WIP with a nasty gash on his chin. His bodyguard, Big Pat, suffered a huge gash on his forehead, as one of five total people who got injured during the bottle-throwing and fists-flying incident.

“It’s still under investigation,” NYPD spokesperson Sgt. Rodriguez told XXLMag.com about the brawl. “We’re not confirming any names, we’re not saying who was involved because nobody has been arrested and we wouldn’t give out the victims names. Pending on what the investigation comes up with, there may be arrests, there may not be arrests.”

Late last month, Drake, Chris Brown and Meek engaged in an all-out Twitter war over Rihanna. The song siren was the ex-girlfriend of Brown's and long rumored to be and on and off again muse of Drake's. More recently, the rumor mill had Meek and Rihanna enjoying each other's company as well.—Mark Lelinwalla
