There's a reason why Alex Trebek has had such a long career on television. For one, the guy is pretty comical. During a recent episode of Jeopardy!, a line from The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air was featured as one of the answers. Rather than read the answer like he normally does, Alex rapped over the original beat of the widely-known theme song. "In the theme to this '90s sitcom, 'I pulled up to the house about 7 or 8 and I yelled to the cabbie, 'Yo, Homes, smell ya later!'" Trebek exclaimed. All of the contestants' buzzers should have sounded off, but it was Ankor who sealed the deal with the correct question. Watch a clip Trebek's rhyming skills above.

This isn't the first time Jeopardy! has drifted into hip-hop territory; last November, the popular game show name-checked Nipsey Hu$$le, which led to the West Coast MC jokingly offering Trebek a hood pass, while last May the show dove into 1990s hip-hop trivia, which you can check out here. And, of course, none other than Jimmy Fallon recently re-created the opening scene of Will Smith's Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, which is well-worth checking out here.
