Kanye West Jumps on Table at Detroit College and Tells Students to Leave Elon Musk Alone

One day after Kanye West and Teyana Taylor shot the video for their new song "We Got Love" in California, the Chicago MC flew back to the Midwest to visit Detroit's College for Creative Studies. Per usual, his visit was quite memorable, to say the least.

On Oct. 2, the "I Love It" rapper was given a guided tour of the school and the student's ongoing projects. At one point he appears to have hopped on a table while talking to the young men and women about the importance of innovation. It's not exactly clear how Elon Musk, the founder of SpaceX and co-founder of Tesla, got caught up in the mix, but footage taken by one Twitter user ends with 'Ye screaming, "I don't give a fuck who's over at his house! Leave that man the fuck alone!"

It seems Kanye is referring to Azealia Banks, who live-blogged while at Musk's home in August. The New York native compared staying with him and his then-girlfriend to being in the film Get Out, and stated he was "stressed and red in the face" after tweeting about taking Tesla private. She also claimed the entrepreneur was on acid at the time.

Elon Musk initially denied having any contact with Banks at his California home, though later retracted his statement in an interview with The New York Times.

Kanye has been having quite a week. After performing with Lil Pump, 070 Shake and Kid Cudi on Saturday Night Live, the YZY owner announced he's traveling to Africa to put the final touches on his forthcoming album, Yandhi.
