Most of the performances at the 2018 Rolling Loud festival in Miami over the weekend were full of artists performing their deep cuts and new tracks, but Trippie Redd treated the crowd to an unreleased song from his upcoming debut album and revealed some details about the project.

The Ohio rapper kicked off his set on Saturday (May 12) with an unreleased song that features him showing off his vocals. "How you feel, yeah/I'm tryna pour my heart out/How the fuck I'm 'posed to sound?/I guess I'm tryna know how you feel/Like cookies to a girl scout," Trippie sang over a slow instrumental and electric guitar.

After performing the song, the "Deadman's Wonderland" rapper began discussing his upcoming album and said it will be a mix of lyrical rap, rock music and R&B. "My album is really just like, it's lyrical rap, it's rock music, it's all the shit I do now and it's R&B," he told the crowd. "So, like, I just wanted to give y'all a little vibe, a little heads up tip on that shit."

While a tracklist for Trippie's debut project which is set to drop in July is still unknown, the rapper has been teasing new music on Instagram. Last week, Trippie shared a snippet of a new song, which appears to be a sequel to "Can You Rap Like Me?"

In the caption of the video the rapper wrote, "Can you rap like me 2/missing my idols [Produced by: @ozmusiqe ] comment '⚰️' if you feeling these bars ALBUM MODE."
