The outright heroism Trae Tha Truth showcased in the midst of Hurricane Harvey rightfully earned him plenty of praise last fall. So much so, that it might have actually overshadowed the excellence of his Tha Truth, Pt. 3 album, released just a little over a month prior. Almost.

On Friday (Feb. 2), Trae served up yet another reminder of his talent with a new video for "FRFR," a cut from last summer's project, Tha Truth, Pt. 3. In the new visual, Trae cruises the streets of his native Houston in a flossy white Rolls-Royce Phantom as he reflects on issues he'll probably have to charge to the game.

"Niggas hate I got it locked/In these streets they say I'm hot/Being Real will get you got/Probably something that you're not/I just got another Glock/Tell the plug I need another block/And I don't fuck with niggas/Niggas get you popped," he spits as he sits back in his whip.

The new visual doesn't take us outside of the Houston streets Trae finds himself cruising,  rightfully placing the focus on Trae for an intimate video. Around the time Tha Truth, Pt. 3 dropped, Trae told XXL it was the best project he'd ever created.

"Tha Truth Pt. 3 is my best album to date, full of instant classics and timeless music," Trae said at the time. "It's very personal; one of the most personal albums I've ever made. I talk about family, like my brother who was murdered, and I talk about the ups and downs I've gone through to get to where I am now."
