Watch Kamaiyah’s Colorful New Video for “Playa in Me”

Kamaiyah is continuing to dominate the upcoming hip-hop scene, and she's unveiling another new set of visuals for fans to enjoy this week. The West Coast rap star releases the colorful music video for her "Playa in Me" record, which features her flexing on a vibrant backdrop.

While the music video doesn't contain a storyline, it does feature Kamaiyah flexing on her haters with a fur coat, tons of champagne and a luxury Mercedes Benz in the smoke-filled visuals. This is one of the slew of music videos that the California native has released this year.

The 2017 XXL Freshman has been working hard all year since landing her spot on our major cover this past summer, and she most recently dropped her Before I Wake mixtape for her strong fan base. The project came as a surprise to the music community and received critical acclaim. Before I Wake featured 10 new songs from Kamaiyah without any other guest features.

Just two years ago, the Oakland entertainer released her debut mixtape, A Good Night in the Ghetto, which helped her earn some major shine in the West Coast rising rapper scene.
