De La Soul have seen a resurgence of popularity in recent times, coming off of a Grammy nomination earlier this year, and they're continuing to push out quality content. The crew release the visuals for their "Drawn" record, which they teamed up with electronic band, Little Dragon, for. Watch the video below.

Both groups are not featured directly in the music video, but their music helps provide the soundtrack to the scene of a female painter, who takes us through her daily motions as an emotional artist. The J Anders Urmacher-directed visuals were created to help inspire viewers to think "outside of the box," showing us a woman who is struggling to come to terms with a possibly broken relationship that is portrayed in her final painting.

"Drawn" was featured on De La Soul's most recent And The Anonymous Nobody... album, which saw critical acclaim from the music community after its release last year. The project debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard rap album charts, and was even nominated for Best Rap Album at the 2017 Grammy Awards earlier this year.

And The Anonymous Nobody... was a big deal for longtime Soul fans, as it was the group's first project in 12 years. The group organized a Kickstarter to help fund the anticipated album, where they were able to raise over $600,000 in donations from fans and friends.
