HBO's Animals brought in more rappers to voice characters for their second season. Big Sean, Ice-T, Killer Mike and Big Boi will provide voices for the animated series' new season, which is scheduled to premiere on March 17. Solange Knowles and Usher are among the other artists appearing in season two.

Animals depicts a world in which New York City is inhabited by anthropomorphic animals including rats, pigeon, cats and dogs. A$AP Rocky and A$AP Ferg starred the series' first season, which debuted last year.

Big Sean's new voice acting gig comes on the heels of his I Decided. album, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 200. I Decided. moved 151,000 equivalent units in its first week, 65,000 of which were traditional album sales. The number was slightly down from the performance of his 2015 album Dark Sky Paradise, which moved 173,000 units in its first week.

Sean Don's latest LP was not only success on the charts, but also received its fair share of critical acclaim. XXL awarded Big Sean an XL rating in its review of the album. "Big Sean rises to the occasion on I Decided., arguably the best album of his career, and one that secures his spot as one of the top five artists in hip-hop today," XXL reviewer Preezy wrote.
