Gucci Mane has been accused of kicking a 16-year U.S. Army veteran out of his seat at the Atlanta Falcons-Green Bay Packers NFC Championship last Sunday (Jan. 22).

According to TMZ, Guwop and his fiancée, Keyshia Ka'oir, walked up to Army vet Charles Harris before kickoff and told him that he and his mother were in their seats. Gucci had a "special attendant" with him who sided with the ATL rapper, so Harris and his mother were forced to get up.

Harris spent much of the first half tracking down security to help him and his mother regain their seats. Finally, they got their seats back, just in time for Harris to be honored on the Jumbotron as a "hometown hero." You can watch Harris tell the story in its entirety above, courtesy of TMZ.

The Army vet says that Ka'oir was being extremely rude throughout the whole incident. Harris says, "The messed up part about it is, my mom had hip surgery, so while she was sitting there, after she came up and said ‘These are our seats,’ I was trying to help my mom up, and she was just standing there like, ‘Y’all need to hurry up and move.’"

He continues, "It’s shameful that I missed pretty much the first half, because I was standing up trying to find the security guard chief."
