Lil Uzi Vert Shares Snippet of ‘1017 vs. The World’ Mixtape

Lil Uzi Vert is preparing to release a new mixtape called 1017 vs. The World that might feature Gucci Mane. Yesterday (Nov. 21), the 2016 XXL Freshman posted a snippet from the forthcoming project on Instagram. You can view the clip above via LUV's official Instagram account.

The audio isn't 100 percent clear, but the lyrics are along the lines of, "Heard these niggas sneak dissin' on the low/These niggas dont like me all 'cause of ho/Niggas been hot ever since I changed my flow/These fuck niggas keep callin me, had to change my phone/Had to slam my door, had to slam my door/Mr. yellow with white gold/Imma keep making this dough/You gon keep stealin my flows." Meanwhile, the caption reads, "🔜🔜1017 vs The 🌍®." As is the case with most of Uzi's songs, the instrumental on this one is an absolute banger.

The kid has been hard at work recently. A couple weeks ago, he put out three loosies, titled "Grow Up," "Water on My Diamonds" and "Woke Up Thankful." Make sure to check those out as you're patiently awaiting the new mixtape.

Guwop has yet to confirm 1017 vs. The World, but the idea doesn't seem far-fetched: Gucci has expressed interest in working with Uzi Vert in the past. Wop also has said he likes the idea of collaborating with 21 Savage, Young M.A, Dae Dae and Lil Yachty, as he respects the new generation of hip-hop artists.
