Yesterday, Joey Bada$$ rode a customized bus to different locations around New York City, sharing the video for his new single "Devastated" with fans in Brooklyn and Manhattan. Today, that video, which was directed by Joey himself and Shomi Patwary hits the web. The track, which first dropped back in late May, might be off an as yet untitled project, though its polish suggests an upcoming album from the Pro Era rapper.

In the video, Joey leads bleachers full of fans and later, a parade through the streets, celebrating the fact that he's made it and no longer feeling the devastation that comes with the struggle. In somewhat of a full-filling prophesy, “Devastated,” produced by Adam Pallin, Kirk Knight and Powers Pleasant, is Joey's most successful song to date, peaking at No. 33 on the R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay chart.

Add to that his role on the second season of Mr. Robot, and Joey is having himself a nice moment in the summer sun. He will be joining Schoolboy Q for a large portion of his Blank Face tour, which kicks off at the tail end of August. Joey's last album release, B4.DA.$$, dropped in January of 2015, so it wouldn't be too unreasonable for fans to expect new material once he hits the road.

Peep the video for "Devastated" up above, with Mr. Robot airing on USA tonight at 10 p.m. EST. The young spitter is on his way to greatness, no doubt.
