The West Coast has a lot to be excited about, talent-wise. In his latest feat, Anderson .Paak pays a visit to DJ Tony Touch's radio show on Shade 45 and drops a mean freestyle.

What separates Anderson .Paak from many other artists is his unique ability to both sing and rap at the highest level. His versatility is one of the reasons he landed on the 2016 XXL freshman cover.

In a new freestyle, .Paak goes in over a J. Dilla beat. On Tony Touch's show, the California native raps, "When I get my money I want to be like Lucky / Navy blue beamer VVS's rollin' under me / Paper band bungee bands formin' at the opening / Wide eye dreamin' from the cleaners to the kingdom / I'm seeing my inner circle getting tighter than a scrunchie / Early believers knew that I was on to something."

He also recently performed an unreleased song called "Bubblin" that you can hear below.

The rising star has been busy as of late. Paak most recently appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live with Domo Genesis and performed "Dapper." He also showed out at the BET Awards by performing "Come Down," even trying his hand behind the drum kit (what can't this guy do?).

The Golden State artist is slowly but surely becoming one of the best live shows out there. In case you missed it, be sure to peep his performance with T.I. on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. If you like what you hear, go ahead and support by copping .Paak's album, Malibu.
