Travis Scott and Miguel bring their hit "Waves" to The Ellen DeGeneres Show for a daytime TV performance. Starting off solo, the Wildheart singer softens up the women in the crowd by serenading them with his voice and running up and down the set with an infectious energy. Soon after, Scott, who Ellen declared as "the hottest new rapper in music," hit the stage and for a rapper who is used to performing in front of rowdy teenagers at clubs and bars around the country, the Rodeo MC doesn't seem too out of his comfort zone. Ellen joins the duo at the end and announces that every one is going home with a copy of Miguel's album.

Miguel’s Wildheart album dropped in June 2015, charted as high as No. 2 on the Billboard 200 chart and wound up on plenty of “Best Of” lists at the end of the year. The success and feedback for Wildheart had Miguel feeling himself and the singer took shots at his pseudo-rival Frank Ocean.

When asked by The Sunday Times about his relationship with Ocean, the “Adorn” crooner responded, “I wouldn’t say we were friends. To be completely honest – and no disrespect to anyone – I genuinely believe that I make better music, all the way around.”

Scott and Miguel's remix to "Waves" dropped just under a month ago and the track has already neared 4.5 million spins on SoundCloud. Last week, the two released the official video for the track and the song's run shows no sign of slowing down. Ocean, on the other hand, is yet to drop his long-awaited follow up to 2012's Channel Orange.
