DeJ Loaf is one of the 10 Freshmen on XXL‘s 2015 Freshman list revealed Wed., June 3. All this month we’ve been providing you with a behind-the-scenes look at the selection process, the photo shoot and the work it takes to pull it all together. Yesterday (June 15), we kicked off the reveal of the freestyles and interviews that we captured at the shoot starting with Paterson, New Jersey MC Fetty Wap. Next up is DeJ Loaf, whose #XXLFreshmen freestyle and profile you can now view right here.

After building an extensive following off of her smash single "Try Me," DeJ Loaf inked a deal with Columbia Records last October. Following with the release of her Sell $ole mixtape along with collaborations with Kid Ink, Omarion and The Game, the Detroit native is now prepping the release of a brand new EP due out this summer and her debut full-length album set for the fall.
