Tyler, the Creator Launches Golf Media App

Tyler, the Creator launched Golf Media app. New users can register for two free months at Golf Wang. After that time period is up, users will be charged $5 a month. The app can be downloaded now and will be updated with content by tonight. The inaugural issue of Golf Magazine will also be included when new users register.

Part of the iOs store description for the app reads, "Golf Media is basically my brain in one place. It does just about everything except cure asthma. If you find an app that cures asthma, definitely let me know." It mirrors the same message from Tyler's sitdown with Whalerock founder Lloyd Braun back in February.

“I’m creating my own MTV or my own Cartoon Network,” he said. “It’s basically my brain, in one place.”

"It's a bunch of different things that are original, curated and constantly changing," said Tyler's manager Christian Clancy to Fader. "Original series, content, live streaming, radio, tour stuff, golf wang, interactive and whatever other buzzwords that sound mildly annoying and marketing-like."
