Tyga was on-air with Los Angeles's Real 92.3 Tuesday evening and revealed a few choice details about his relationships with Kanye West and Drake. While it was initially reported that Tyga was featured on West's upcoming album Waves, it appears his remarks were taken out of context.

On working with Kanye, Tyga said, "He’s working on this joint that I got with him that’s crazy and then I was working with him on his album." When the radio station quoted Tyga as saying he was on Waves, the rapper responded via Twitter clearing it up. "I'm not on waves" he first wrote, following it up with "if y'all gon quote me. You can't be twisting my words." Seeing as Tyga is dating Kanye's sister-in-law Kylie Jenner, it's likely that the two have a greater opportunity to share studio time together, and that Tyga was involved in the album making process is some fashion without actually lending a verse or vocals to it.

Elsewhere in the interview, Tyga said that Kanye mediated a reconciliation with Drake, whom Tyga had had an on-and-off beef with dating back to 2014. "He put us in a room together when he was doing his fashion show..." Tyga told the radio station. "We gave each other a hug and just chopped it up." Tyga said that he and Drake are on good terms now after the sit down.
