Squidnice is out to prove his breakout year in 2017 was no fluke. Today (Feb. 4), he premieres his new visual for the banger, "Craccen," off his latest mixtape, The Craccen, with XXL.

“This is a day in the life of the Craccen," he tells us of the new visual. "You can almost smell the streets through my videos, just what happens when the real get together." Directed by Issac Aguirre, Squid and his team post up in the trap, counting major stacks and waving high-powered firearms menacingly. "They call me Sqiddy The Craccen/I get ratchet with the ratchet/I keep the money and drugs in my mattress/Don't need to throw my hands, I got the gadget," he spits.

The Staten Island, N.Y., rapper is keeping the momentum going in 2018. Last month, he put out the single, "For My Momma" and the video for "Hop Out." He also recently dropped the new track, "Big Man," produced by Juice Sensei. The short release finds Squid lamenting his big dawg status over a trap soundtrack.

Squid has high hopes for his ability to get his message across to the masses. "I am the next Bob Marley," he said in The Break. "I’m an Aquarius. I’m half White. I come from Caribbean descent. My music moves people and you’ll be able to see when it comes out. Not to say that I only promote peace and love and shit, but I feel that my impact on the world and happiness and self-love is really going to be strong."
